The PROSCIUTTO PRATOMAGNO ORO is produced exclusively from selected and certified Italian pork tights (which were born, bred and slaughtered in Italy) using strictly traditional methods. The pork tights are cured with salt and natural flavouring and then left to age in rooms naturally ventilated by the Pratomagno Mountain breeze; deboned with knife tip and “addobbo” finishing.
