The GHIOTTONE is produced exclusively from selected European pork tights, mainly from Germany, using strictly traditional methods. The pork tights are cured with salt and natural flavouring and then left to age in rooms naturally ventilated by the Pratomagno Mountain breeze.

The GHIOTTONE is a dry-cured pork tight without bone.
