The PROSCIUTTO PRATOMAGNO EXTRA is produced exclusively from selected and certified Italian pork tights (which were born, bred and slaughtered in Italy) using strictly traditional methods. The pork tights are cured with salt and natural flavouring and then left to age in rooms naturally ventilated by the Pratomagno Mountain breeze.
The ham is supplied inside an original gift package that emphasize its distinctive features.
