The PROSCIUTTO PRATOMAGNO EXTRA is produced exclusively from selected and certified Italian pork tights (which were born, bred and slaughtered in Italy) using strictly traditional methods. The pork tights are cured with salt and natural flavouring and then left to age in rooms naturally ventilated by the Pratomagno Mountain breeze.

The debone is made on request exclusively in our factory. It is a complex handmade process made by our expertise team using only the knife tip. The PROSCIUTTO PRATOMAGNO EXTRA W/B can be supplied in two variants: “addobbo” or “disteso”.
